Setting up a limited company is not expensive. You can set up a limited company for £12 through Companies House or you can use a formation agent like us, Company Address Service and set it up from as little as £11.99 (including the Companies House incorporation fee of £12)!
How to incorporate your company?
Forming your company with us a simple step by step process - you first need to visit our website here and use our handy company name check tool to begin the process. After your have completed your name check, it’s time to decide the type of package you want. We offer five types of company formation packages -so there is something to suit everyone’s needs.
When choosing one of our company formation packages, there is one key question you should ask yourself - what address do you want to be displayed in Companies House? The Companies House directory of companies is a free and publicly available - all new companies must provide 2 addresses - a registered company address and a director’s correspondence address and this information is published openly on the internet. Some people don’t mind listing their home addresses but others prefer not to have their home address listed in the public domain, luckily at Company Address we have packages to suit everyone. We have simple formation packages and also have packages that include the use of our “registered address” in the city of London - this means, our address will be listed as the registered company address for your business, thereby protecting your privacy and you will receive mail forwarding services for all your mail that comes to our address.
Choosing a Company Formation Package
If you don’t mind your home address being in the public domain, you can chose from our simple formation packages without a registered office service (1 & 2 below). Alternatively if you would like to protect your privacy - choose from our packages that include registered office services (3-5 below).
Packages without a registered office service:
- E-Package- £11.99 - our most simple package includes the Companies House incorporation fee and electronic copies of the certificate of incorporation, shares certificate and articles of memorandum. This package does not include the use of our registered address.
- E-Plus Package - £19.99 - this package includes everything from the E-Package in addition to printed copies of your certificate of incorporation, shares certificate and articles of memorandum which are sent to an address of your choice. This package does not include the use of our registered address.
Packages that include a registered office service:

Privacy Package - £44.99 - this package includes everything from the E-Plus package in addition to the use of our registered address for your business and up to 2 of your directors and our mail forwarding services FREE for 3 months.

Privacy Plus Package - £99.99 - With all the inclusions of our Privacy Package this package offers 6 months FREE use of our registered address and virtual office services (unlimited scanning and forwarding of mail) and an introduction to a reputable accountant.

International Package - £109.99 - our final package is exclusively available to non-resident directors who can use our services to set up their limited company and benefit from having a prestigious UK address for their company and our international virtual office services.
