Our address is a real, physical office and not a PO box.

As soon as your company has been incorporated (which usually takes 48 hours at the most), you can start trading right away - your company is ‘active’ and you must register with HMRC for corporation tax within 3 months.

If you do not want to trade until a later date, you must tell HMRC that your company is dormant.

How long does it take to register?

You are registered as soon as you click ‘submit’ on the registration form. Your information will be checked and, by law, we are required to take a copy of your ID and proof of address in compliance with our terms and conditions.
