Company Address Services LTD draws your attention to the following requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements will entitle us to terminate any Contract we have with you without refund of any sums already paid:
- If new directors are appointed for any company for whom we provide Services on your behalf, it is your responsibility to advise us accordingly and to ensure that we are provided with appropriate identification within one month of their appointment
- We will require two forms of identification from each director of a company which purchases Services from us
- If the name of any company which you have registered with us changes it is your responsibility to advise us accordingly and to ensure that we are provided with confirmation of the change within seven days of the change becoming effective
- We have reason to suspect that you / any company you engage us to provide services to or anyone associated with such company is involved in any form of illegal or improper activity
