What is the Privacy Package?

Our Privacy Package for company formation has all the inclusions of the E-Plus Package to help you form your company but offers an additional layer of privacy through the inclusion of the use of our prestigious City of London registered office address and UNLIMITED mail forwarding FREE for 3 months.

How does the company formations process work?

At Company Address we believe that forming your company should be the easiest part of running a business! Our process is simple - you select the formation package that suits you best, see if your company name is available and from there, our carefully designed process will walk you through forming your company. If you have any questions or problems along the way, our team are on hand to help you.

After your company has been formed, you will receive electronic copies of your Certificate of Incorporation and other incorporation documents and we will post hard copies to an address of your choice. All of your mail (both official and unofficial) will be forwarded to your required address on a daily basis with 1st class mail.

After the first 3 months of free mail forwarding services, you will switch over to our standard Mail Forwarding service and will be charged £15 per month billed on a quarterly basis. Unlike our competitors, Company Address's mail forwarding services include UNLIMITED mail forwarding - we do not charge per letter!

Is a registered office address included in the Privacy Package?

Yes! Our Privacy Package includes the use of our prestigious City of London address for use in Companies House, your company website and all stationary. Our Privacy Package also includes the use of our address for up to 2 directors’ in Companies House - additional directors’ address can be purchased for £15 per director per year.

Will I be charged per letter?

No! Unlike our competitors - our mail forwarding packages are all inclusive - that means no nasty surprises or hidden costs! After your free 3 months period is over you will be charged our normal mail forwarding rate of £15 per month billed quarterly. For this price, ALL your mail will be forwarded to you, but don’t worry we don’t forward junk mail!
